The Gallery, Ministry of Sound.
Join Marcel Woods, Simon Patterson, Oliver Lang, Ummet Ozcan and Dirty Laundry at Ministry of Sound, London for The Gallery, filmed on 11th February 2011.
Marcel Woods of Music Madness brand / record label hits the box and conjures up a multicolour laser storm. Check out his ‘ Music Madness‘ compilation available to pre order / buy below.
His set was after another Dutch Maestro in the form of Ummet Ozcan, who has been producing since 1999 and simply started the night off with some deep tech house.

Time for a breather from The Box and Marcel’s pumping set and into the depths of 103 for Oliver Lang’s headlining set for The Gallery. [amazon-product align="right"]B004W4HY54[/amazon-product]
This chap is simply the definition of a DJ, really integrated into the crowds psyche and delivering tuneage right at the optimum moment to maintain a compliment to The Box’s insania.
The red lights flickr over 103′s booth where Langs hands reach for the roof as the crowd lap it up big time, you sense moments of Bora Bora, but inside on a Cold London night in one of the worlds best clubs, Ministry.
We coxed him into a cheeky interview in the vip area, although unfortunately our vocal mic for in club interviews was nackered (British term for’faulty’). Amelia Moseley, akin to presenting on ABC Australia, fired off the questions which divulged his ibiza plans, studio sessions, what’s new on the production line and whether DJs are the new Rock Stars:
Oliver Lang Interview with Amelia Moseley
AM (Amelia Moseley)

How are you the one and only Oliver Lang?
OL (Oliver Lang)
I’m very good the one and only Amelia.
AM (Laughs) I’m very good thank-you. We’re both one and onlys.
How are you? Are you very excited to play in 103 tonight at Ministry of Sound?
OL I’m very excited, its the first time i’ve played at Ministry for the past six months and i’m looking forward to playing in front of all my fans and followers.
AM Exciting! Do you think you’ll be well received as it’s been six months? Have they been missing you?
OL There all here and ready for a great night!
AM Anything coming up?
OL Back out in Ibiza where I live (AM – Love Ibiza) (ED – don’t we all darling!) and will be there for the whole summer of 2011.
AM Brilliant! Tell me something as i’ve been wondering… Girls always seem to like Rock Stars, so do Girls like DJs too, is it a good pick up line for you?
OL Well the equivalent to a Guitar Player back in the day is a DJ now.
AM So do you just go up to girls and say ‘hey i’m a DJ’?
OL No never! Apparently the thing to be now is a DJ, it gets to pay off though.
AM So it’s pretty good for you then?
OL No (cheeky smile to camera).
AM Well Oliver, tell me, do you LOVE playing at Ministry of Sound?
OL Ministry, best club in the world.
AM Thanks Oliver, thanks for speaking to us tonight.
After the interview we jaunt into The Baby Box for Dirty Laundry promoters featuring Ross Taylor and Simon Hebidge.
Simon Patterson is up next having taken over from Marcel Woods in The Box and were all set to finish the night off in style.
